Reviews and Ratings <br />
The resort is spacious and family-friendly, with well-maintained villas and a clean environment that made our stay enjoyable. Although the room set-up was a bit tight and dated, the staff made the experience better with their helpfulness. It's a good option for groups but may not be ideal for those seeking modern comfort or extensive facilities.
I had a wonderful stay at Sundown Resort. The villas are clean, spacious, and come with everything needed for a great holiday. The location is perfect, close to Narrabundah for easy access to my baseball game, and I appreciated the amenities like the pool and tennis court. However, the lack of internet in the villas was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I found great value for money here.
Our stay at the resort was quiet and nice, with clean and comfortable accommodations. The cooking facilities were a highlight, but the fumes from the stove were quite bothersome. The place is aging, but they seem to be working on improvements. Overall, I would say it's a decent option for families, especially with the kids' play areas and pool available, though there are some inconveniences to consider.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, as it was clean and tidy, with friendly staff. The room was spacious, although there were a couple of minor issues like a running toilet and some spiders I noticed. While I appreciated the offer of a repeat stay discount after 10 visits, I felt a little discouraged as it might deter us from returning sooner despite our positive experience.
The property is quite a maze, and it took me a while to find my unit, especially arriving at night with poor lighting. Despite the confusion, the units themselves are decent for families on a budget. However, the heating didn't work well during a cold night, and I faced issues with amenities like room service and kitchen supplies. Overall, if you are traveling with family, it might work out, but business travelers may want to consider other options.
